What is Sip & Sparkle?

We are a private all inclusive high end boutique venue! We host all types of parties birthday parties of all ages, baby/bridal showers, team building, field trips, fundraisers, & so much more! Sip & Sparkle is a jewelry/craft making studio that offers wine, tea, karaoke, selfie station, & 5 star customer service!

 

Food Policy

Outside food is prohibited in the studio. Sip & Sparkle offers a catering menu for your convenience. You ARE allowed to bring in a cake.

 

Gratuity

18% Gratuity is included in your final bill that needs to be paid 8 days prior to event. 

Final Head Count Policy

Final head count will obtained 8 days prior to your event. This is the amount you will be charged on your final bill.

 

Payment for Party

A deposit is required to book the date & time of your party in the amount of how many hours your event is. Monday-Friday $100 per hour & Saturday-Sunday $150 per hour. (For example: 2 hour event on a Saturday $150 per hour x 2 = $300 deposit) is due at the time of booking to reserve time & date of event. Final payment for party will be based on final headcount given 8 days prior to the event and must be payed in full 5 days prior to your event. Event will be cancelled if payment is not received prior to event. 

 

Cancellation Policy (Open to Public Events)

Due to staffing, materials purchased, & limited seating registration fees to our public events are non-refundable.  Registration cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of registered session will be granted a credit for a future studio session. If you cancel the day of the event we cannot grant you a credit towards future studio sessions.

Due to staffing, we reserve the right to cancel workshops if there are less than 5 participants & will refund you.

Event will be cancelled if payment is not received prior to event.  If you choose to cancel your party the deposit will not be refunded due to the demand for private party times on our calendar, staffing, & materials. However, if you give 5 days notice you will be able to use your deposit for future private party use. If you cancel within less than 5 days of the event your deposit will not be refunded. 

 

Safety 
Guests will use tools such as wire cutters, pliers, hot glue guns, super glue, paint, and other jewelry making/ crafting supplies during Sip & Sparkle studio session and private parties. Guests will be responsible for any damages to Sip & Sparkle's tools, equipment or facilities. There may be certain inherent risks in participating in Sip & Sparkle studio sessions.  Guests take precautions and observe all Sip & Sparkle policies, recommendations, directions, rules and warnings; whether provided orally or in writing. Guests assume full responsibility for any personal injury to themselves. All guests must sign our waiver prior to participating in our activities at the studio.
