What is Sip & Sparkle?

We are a private all inclusive high end boutique venue! We host all types of parties birthday parties of all ages, baby/bridal showers, team building, field trips, fundraisers, & so much more! Sip & Sparkle is a jewelry/craft making studio that offers wine, tea, karaoke, selfie station, & 5 star customer service! We offer parties IN the studio, OUT of the studio in your home or park, virtually, & also DROP OFF projects to your home for you to host the party yourself! Options for everyone. 

 

Food Policy

At this time no food is allowed for consumption in the studio due to covid-19. Parties in the studio  & out of studio will include pink lemonade in our keepsake Sip & Sparkle cups with a straw & lid. Parties will also include a goodie bag filled with candy for each child in attendance to take home. 

 

Gratuity

18% Gratuity is included in your final bill that needs to be paid 7 days prior to event. 

Final Head Count Policy

Final head count will be obtained 8 days prior to your event. This is the amount you will be charged on your final bill.

 

Payment for Party

50% of party will be collected to secure your party time & date whether it's in the studio, out of the studio, or virtual. The remaining balance will be collected 7 days prior to the event plus sales tax & 18% gratuity will be included. Failure to pay in a timely manner will result in cancellation of your party. 

 

Cancellation Policy (Open to Public Events)

Due to staffing, materials purchased, & limited seating registration fees to our public events are non-refundable.  Registration cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of registered session will be granted a credit for a future studio session. If you cancel the day of the event we cannot grant you a credit towards future studio sessions.

Due to staffing, we reserve the right to cancel workshops if there are less than 5 participants & will refund you.

 

Cancellation Policy (Private Events)
Event will be cancelled if payment is not received prior to event.  If you choose to cancel your party the deposit will not be refunded due to the demand for private party times on our calendar, staffing, & materials. However, if you give 5 days notice you will be able to use your deposit for future private party use. If you cancel within less than 5 days of the event your deposit will not be refunded. 

 

Safety 

Due to covid-19 we are taking every precaution possible to keep our community safe. All guests & staff that enter the studio will be given a sparkly face shield that must be worn at all times during the party. There cannot be more than 12 people in the studio (that number includes staff members). Hand sanitizer will be throughout the studio. Thorough cleaning will be performed daily on all surfaces and flooring in the studio. All guests & staff's temperatures will be taken with our no contact thermometer upon arrival at party. 

Guests will use tools such as wire cutters, pliers, hot glue guns, super glue, paint, and other jewelry making/ crafting supplies during Sip & Sparkle studio session and private parties. Guests will be responsible for any damages to Sip & Sparkle's tools, equipment or facilities. There may be certain inherent risks in participating in Sip & Sparkle studio sessions.  Guests take precautions and observe all Sip & Sparkle policies, recommendations, directions, rules and warnings; whether provided orally or in writing. Guests assume full responsibility for any personal injury to themselves. All guests must sign our waiver prior to participating in our activities at the studio.
